The Chamber Alliance Program (CAP) is Arkansas’s First Health Insurance Purchasing Group.
The Chamber Alliance Program is a unique opportunity for the participating Chambers of Commerce to reward its members with a more affordable health insurance package. Available exclusively to Chamber members in good standing, the package includes health insurance and group term life for small businesses with 2-199 employees. By joining the Chamber and CAP, members enjoy insurance benefits previously too costly for them to purchase on their own. QualChoice is the sole carrier of choice in Arkansas for Health Insurance Purchasing Groups.
The employer pays 100% of the base plan for each employee. One of the great features of CAP is the ability to offer more than one health insurance plan to each group. This allows the employees on the plan to select the benefits that meet their individual healthcare needs. For example, one employee may choose a co-pay plan while another employee may choose a high-deductible plan. This affordability and flexibility of CAP allows the employer to meet the needs of their most valuable asset, their employees.
To enroll in the Chamber Alliance Program is simple. Once I gather a bit of information from you, I can put together some options for your review. I will also conduct an employee meeting to discuss the final plan selection, discuss the benefits and enroll each employee.
